Palma Guedes Associate since February 2019, active in corporate law and contracts. Carolina was a business law associate at Campos Mello Advogados, where she participated in M&A transactions and in the analysis of corporate governance practices and gave advice on corporate law. She has ample experience in private law including corporate ownership restructuring, the negotiation and implementation of merger, consolidation, spin-off and acquisition transactions, as well as in providing legal guidance in relation to strategic contracts. Carolina supports clients in several industries, especially healthcare, oil & natural gas, telecommunications, power and transportations.
