Adriana Machado


Palma Guedes Advogados associate since its foundation. Adriana's practice consists primarily of advising in the areas of administrative and regulatory law. Adriana is a former Veirano Advogados associate, where her practice focused on the area of administrative law. She was an intern at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados, where she was part of the administrative law team. Adriana's practice covers a wide range of areas of public law, with an emphasis on issuing expert reports and memoranda, assessing regulatory and administrative risk, drafting contractual lawsuits and advising on competitive bidding procedures. Adriana's experience includes sanitation, transport, urban modeling and adaptation projects, military defense and power. She earned a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and a postgraduate degree in Economic Administrative Law from the same university. She has also completed continuing education courses in Infrastructure Law from PUC-Rio and on Legal English from the London School of English (United Kingdom).
